Take Note To Me is a note-taking application provided for your personal use. You are responsible for the notes you create and store.
All notes you create belong to you. They are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your notes are stored in your own private Apple iCloud account, which we cannot access.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of this app. Please keep backups of important notes.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
